Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed, even for express shipments.

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link within 48 hours of your order being shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Important Information

Correct Addresses: Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay processing by an additional 1–2 days. Please double-check your shipping and billing details before placing your order.

Delivery Location: Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door. If the carrier deems the location unsafe, the package will be held at a local post office or redelivery will be scheduled. We recommend using an address where someone is available to receive the package.

International Taxes & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities. These fees are not collected by Calderwood and are non-refundable. All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Incorrect Address: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. To make a change, contact us immediately at support@calderwood.com. If the package has already been dispatched, we must wait for it to be returned to our warehouse before we can reship or issue a refund.

Returns: Return shipping costs to Calderwood are the customer's responsibility. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
